Return Policy

Northeast Archery Labs LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to providing high-quality products. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.

1. Defective Merchandise

We accept returns for products that are defective due to manufacturing or material faults.
To qualify:
You must notify us within 14 days of delivery
Provide proof of purchase
Provide a description of the defect and supporting photographs upon request


Upon verification, we will, at our sole discretion:
Replace the defective item at no cost, or
Issue a refund to the original payment method

We reserve the right to require the return of the defective item prior to issuing a replacement or refund.


2. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Non-Defective Items)

We accept returns of non-defective merchandise within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
Items must be returned in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required

Approved returns of non-defective items will be issued as:
Store credit, or
Refund to the original payment method, less any applicable fees (see Section 4)

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
Products showing signs of use, installation, modification, or wear
Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or neglect
Custom, made-to-order, or personalized products
Clearance or final sale items

4. Fees and Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
For defective items, we may, at our discretion, provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs
We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of up to 15% for non-defective returns, if necessary.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

6. Inspection and Processing

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Refunds or credits will be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise determined

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northeast Archery Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
