This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipment and delivery of products purchased from Northeast Archery Labs LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
Processing times may vary due to product availability, order volume, or unforeseen circumstances
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a separate notification when your order has shipped
We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders if necessary, including but not limited to suspected fraud or inventory discrepancies.
2. Shipping Methods and Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates, package size, weight, and destination
We may offer multiple shipping options at checkout
All shipping costs are displayed prior to order confirmation
We reserve the right to select the shipping carrier at our discretion, unless the customer specifies otherwise.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed
Transit times vary depending on the carrier and destination
Northeast Archery Labs LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:
Shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx)
Weather conditions
Natural disasters
Labor disruptions
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
4. Risk of Loss and Delivery
Risk of loss and title for all products pass to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided
Delivery confirmation, including carrier tracking information, serves as proof of delivery
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the carrier marks them as delivered.
5. Incorrect Addresses and Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information
Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses may be subject to:
Additional shipping charges, or
Order cancellation with a refund minus original shipping costs
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
You must contact us within 5 days of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost items)
Provide your order number and supporting documentation (photos, etc.)
We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Resolutions (replacements or refunds) are issued at our discretion based on the outcome of each claim.
7. Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on inventory availability. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless otherwise disclosed.
8. Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We reserve the right to expand or restrict shipping regions at any time.
9. Delays and Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for delays or failure to deliver due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Acts of God
Government actions
Supply chain disruptions
Carrier-related issues
